Story

This year WWT is working to save some of the world’s most threatened wildlife in Madagascar.

We've used our conservation expertise to rescue the world's rarest duck from extinction, and are helping communities break a cycle of poverty that leaves the wetlands they live amidst depleted. Now we need to do even more to secure wildlife's long term future.

With the funds you raise, WWT will work with teachers to show a new generation why and how to look after the amazing wetlands in their care.

We’ve already identified six schools. With your help, we can equip teachers with everything they need to inspire children to care about conservation. And by inspiring children, we'll reach their parents too, making an immediate impact.

Challenge yourself to make a difference by creating a fundraising page today.
