Story
In November 2014 my beautiful little sister and best friend Hope was diagnosed with Soft tissue Sarcoma.
Over a year later, 2 operations, 6 rounds of chemotherapy and countless sessions of radiotherapy, Hope is still battling this awful disease (with a smile on her face )

Unfortunately, around 3,800 other people in the UK will be diagnosed with a soft tissue sarcoma this year and their lives will be turned upside down as a result of this rare form of cancer.
As Sarcoma is very rare, so much more research needs to be done to fully understand how these cancers develop and how best to treat them. Sarcoma UK receive no government funding and rely solely on generous voluntary donations and the energy and imagination of fundraisers.
I am taking on my second London marathon (in a row) in a bid to continue to raise awareness and money for such a worthy cause which is more than close to my heart.
p.s I really hated the last marathon!
