With the support of Careys Foundation four teams will be taking on the best the Lake District has to throw at them on Friday 23rd September in aid of the 353 and Anthony Nolan Charities.

353 helps bereaved families to those who came back with life changing injuries from the conflict in Afghanistan; providing long term support to a variety of charities and to make as big a difference as possible.

Each day Anthony Nolan gives the chance of life to three people with blood cancer by facilitating a transplant for them.

The C.I.A.R 2016 will be a true test of fitness, endurance and will power to see the competitors conquer a five hour adventure course with a difference.
