So despite the furthest distance I've cycled to date being 30 miles, I agreed to enter the prudential ride London-Surrey 100 mile race on behalf of the Solent MS Therapy centre in Portsmouth. They are a self funded centre offering treatment, advice and support for patients with MS. Please help me train hard and race harder by sponsoring me and helping the centre.
