Thank you so much chi!!!

Moni Malawi is a Scottish based charity which raises money to help some of the poorest people of Malawi who face unimaginable challenges in their day to day lives.

Malawi is a landlocked country in southern Africa with a population of 14 million. It is one of the least developed and most densely populated countries in the world. The country suffers from high infant mortality, low life expectancy and a high prevalence of HIV/AIDS.

The charity is involved in many different projects but the principal aims are advancing education, improving health and relieving poverty.

On 16 June 2012, my mum (Liz Taylor) and I are off to work with the charity for 2 weeks to try to offer our help and support. We will also be doing various fundraising activities over the next few months to try to raise money.
