Woodbridge School in Suffolk raises money in this annual London to Woodbridge cycle ride for The Bridge School in Islington, a special school catering for children with autistic spectrum disorders and severe learning difficulties.  They face increasing challenges in funding and Woodbridge have supported them for many years.  They have kindly invited me to join them this June 23rd and as well as raising money for a much needed cause, it provides me with a personal challenge, having never cycled further than London - Brighton when much younger and fitter.
