I will be running my last (I promise) London Marathon in memory of Lou  and for her son Fin who attends Parc and gets so much from it.  Not only do the children benefit but the parents get the support they need.  It is a very small charity and needs all our help to keep doing the great job that it does.  Please look at their website to find out more about Parc and the great things they do
