I have decided to cycle the Prudential Ride London - Surrey 100 on the 31st July 2016 to raise money for, and awareness of, St Giles Trust - a charity helping ex-offenders and disadvantaged people to move their lives forward.

St Giles Trust offers support to help people overcome any issue holding them back. This is provided by those who know best - people who have been there themselves. Each generous pound raised for the charity goes towards helping people who have been locked out of society make positive changes to their lives.
