Story
Connor, 19, sustained an injury to his C5 and C6 vertebrae following a rugby game in September 2014 which damaged his spinal cord, leaving him Quadriplegic.
So far, supporters have raised sufficient funds to send Connor to a recovery centre in the USA known as Project Walk. This treatment will help Connor to regain as much function and strength as possible. Funds have also been raised to help support the purchase of a wheelchair and rehabilitation equipment for use at home, so that Connor may continue his Project Walk training.
With the help of Hearts & Balls (www.heartsandballs.org.uk), Connor's Journey would like to continue raising funds for Connor's continued development and recovery and to raise awareness of spinal cord injuries through sport.
Please see Connor's website for more details at http://www.connorsjourney.com/, you can also join his Facebook and Twitter page for updates.
