Story
As the Great North Run beacons my weary legs again, I'm aiming on raising funds in aid of a special little girl, Harriett Platt.
Harriet, who is the daughter of my old racing buddy Chris and his partner Helen was diagnosed at 6 months with a very rare form of immune deficiency.
Harriett has been up in Newcastle undergoing bone marrow transplant at the Great North Children's Hospital since January and the Bubble foundation have been instrumental in her successful battle. After 8 months of care she was allowed home in August.
Your donations will help other children benefit from the special care that Harriet benefited from.
Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure. Your details are safe with JustGiving - they'll never sell them on or send unwanted emails.
