Craig's family and I are trying to raise funds for LAPResearchUK which has just launched a gene screen project looking into how they can better predict outcomes in Pancreatitis and stratify patients into those most at risk. Apparently this is a world first and I am ensured by a trustee of this charity, who was also one of the surgeons looking after Craig, that any funds raised would go to this project.

This is very important to us as we know that although, sadly, Craig cannot benefit from this it may help to stop someone else suffering with this awful disease in the future.
