A friend of ours and 5 of his friends have bravely decided to Cycle from Lands End to John o'Groats (approx. 1000 miles) in 10 days.

It’s a big task, they’ll be climbing, on average, 1600m (4800 ft) each day. That’s a total of 16,000m over 10 days. That’s nearly 2 mount Everests, or 3 Kilimanjaro's.
