Story
I'm nine years old. In April last year, I was living in Nepal with my family when the earthquake struck. Although we were safe, I knew that the quake and the many aftershocks were having a terrible impact on the lives of thousands of people around me.
Now I'm living back in the UK, I want to do something to make a difference for those in Nepal who are still struggling to rebuild their lives. This Easter, close to the one year anniversary of the earthquake, I've decided to cycle at least 100 miles to raise money for Tearfund's Nepal earthquake appeal. I'll be cycling along the Moor to Sea cycle route in Yorkshire. My Mum, Dad and sister, Amy, will be my support team along the way.
