Story
This September I will be running (!) 321 miles over 2 events to raise funds and awareness for Change Step Wales (see link to the right of this page)
- Ring O' Fire - 135 miles over 3 stages. Sep 02 - 04
- Offa's Dyke Ultra - 186 miles single stage, 96hr time limit. Sep 23 - 27
Some may say I'm slightly mad but if I can use my meagre talent for going a long way very slowly to help others then surely that is a good thing.
I'll get round to posting a bit about the appeal of ultra running in my award winning blog in due course
