On Sunday 24th July I will be taking part in the Outlaw Triathlon at Holme Pierrepont in Nottingham. The Outlaw is an ironman distance race comprising a 2.4 mile lake swim, 112 mile bike and finishing with a marathon distance run. I expect it to take me around 13.5 hours. I would really appreciate it if you could donate just a small amount to Grove Cottage, the home of my local Mencap Society, in recognition of my efforts.

Grove Cottage provides social and educational activities for people of all ages with learning disability: to develop their potential, avoid social isolation by supporting lifelong friendships and; to provide respite for their families.
