Downing the mighty Danube, 12 August 2017
We support people with Down’s syndrome to live full and rewarding lives.

Story

In the late summer we plan to kayak the entire length of the Danube River for the Downs Syndrome Association. We aim to complete the 1771 mile journey in 60 days crossing through 10 countries starting in the Black forest in Germany and finishing in the Black Sea. In doing so we hope to encourage fellow adventures to get out and undertake similar trips.

We are both very driven to achieving this expedition and hope to gain as much support as possible. All of our money raised will go to the Downs Syndrome Association which is a great cause close to our hearts.
