Dunbar Hospital is an integral part of our small community, doing a stellar job of taking care of their patients and the needs of their families. The Palliative Care Unit is a safe environment for our loved ones, providing relief and comfort during the most difficult of times.

We are holding this fundraiser to attempt to provide a little extra comfort for those at a time when they need it most. None of us knows if or when we may require the assistance of this valuable resource for a family member or even ourselves and I feel it is the least we can do to help support it.

We nearly lost this facility before and continued support from the community might help ensure it remains for future generations.
