Not 100 percent sure how I am going to complete this Challenge on the 2nd October! But it will all be worth it for an incredible charity close to my heart, Integrating Children and Young People. As many of you know Integrating Children and Young People is a Charity that I have been involved with for almost 9 years.

Integrating Children and Young People are a unique charity which consistently has a positive impact on the lives of so many disabled children and young people within the North East. They change the lives and give freedom to be themselves within a safe environment, the service that Integrating Children and Young People provides often changes the lives of many.

I promise I will do my best to complete the whole 5K, it’s going to be tough, and I have put a link to a video of a previous muddy mayhem so you can see the challenge ahead!
