Story
Here is what I am going to put into it for the next few weeks:
Monday: 50 to 70 mm Steady run (consistent pace, 60% MHR)
Tuesday: 30 to 50 mm Interval training (5*6 mm, 80% MHR)
Thursday: 45 mm Pacing/Tempo run (2*20, 70% MHR)
Sunday: Long run start 10km (7mile) to finish 22km (13mile) for the half marathon

Starting Point: never run more than 10km, time 1h30.
