Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

On Thursday the 28th of August 2014 I embarked on an epic 170 mile journey from Helensburgh to Berwick-Upon-Tweed via the John Muir Way and the Berwickshire Coastal Path. I did this because I decided to raise funds for the educational programme at Montrose Basin Visitor Centre. These funds should assist schools that may find costs a problem keeping them from visiting Montrose Basin VC. Children can have a fun and educative experience at Montrose Basin VC and enjoy the programme that is led by the knowledgeable staff of the Scottish Wildlife Trust.
It is my view that children being educated about our eco system in a fun way benefits these children, it benefits the Montrose Basin Visitor Centre and the Wildlife Trust and ultimately it benefits our environment.
