I'm doing "Tri, tri again".

On 12 June I will take part in the World Triathlon Series standard distance event in Leeds (1.5km swim, 40km cycle, 10K run). I will Tri.

I will then Tri Again with a deconstructed full Ironman. The swim (2.4miles/3.86km) will be done in cumulative miles over the year, the cycle (112miles/180.25km) will take place on 30 July and the run, a marathon, (26.2miles/42.2km) will be Yorkshire in October.
