Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my page. It's been a while, but over the past few months I've been training (or at least I've dusted off my trainers) for the Bournemouth 1/2 marathon.  It will, I imagine, be sheer determination that will get me over the finish line!

This charity is amazing, taking small, but life saving steps to support safer birth in Sub Saharan Africa.  This is a cause that is very close to my heart. And a hearty reminder of how lucky we are in the UK that women are supported to give birth by highly skilled health professionals and have access to safe maternity care and life saving drugs.

I'd be massively grateful if you would like to sponsor my efforts, even a couple of pounds would enable LFAM to provide medication and training to reduce maternal mortality caused by 2 complications of child birth; eclampsia and post partum haemorrhage.
