Our team, Carla, Jodie, Jonathan and Matthew are doing Tough Mudder on 22nd May, in order to raise money for the amazing charity Fortalice. The charity helps women who have been gravely or persistently maltreated by their partner or other family member, and their children. It's runs a support centre for drop in advice and counselling,  and a 22 unit refuge for women and their children who have fled domestic violence. 

The staff do amazing work, not only in the refuge and support centre, but also in the community educating Professionals, for example, GP's to recognise signs of abuse, and working in schools to educate children as a preventive measure, teaching about healthy relationships.
