For the last 2 years St Catherines have entered a team in the annual dragon boat regatta.  This team is comprised of parents and friends of the school, many of whom don't even meet for the first time until the day of the event.

We have come consistently 3rd and are looking to improve on that this year by means of teamwork, determination, a sense of shared fun and, more importantly, sheer bl%%dy mindedness.

It is a fabulous family event and, while this page is set up for your kind and generous donations, it is also to raise event awareness and invite you and your family to come down to the river from 10am on June 11th 2016 and cher on your brave rowers.  There is food and drink available in scared heart school who run their annual fete at the same time and host the event onsite.

So please, come along, spare some change, join in the fun and laughs (bring a brolly, it usually rains, it is summer after all) and support not only our school team, but also the wider local community of which we are such a vibrant part.
