Story

Supporting the Teenage Cancer Trust at the RVI Hospital in Newcastle Upon Tyne and raising awareness of Laryngeal Cancer in Children. I was diagnosed on 21st October 2014 with this rare form of throat cancer and as such I am about to embark on the biggest and hardest journey so far I have ever had to face. I begin an intensive treatment of Radiotherapy and Chemotherapy in 2 weeks time. With the support of my friends and family I am naming this fundraising cause ALEX'S ANGELS!!!! The reason let me tell you, 3 guardian angels are watching over me , my late great grandmother, my aunt and my beloved Granddad Ronnie, with the force of my friend and family and my angels we form TEAM ALEX and watch this space WE WILL WIN !!!!!!! Can I now ask each and every one of you that reads this page to think about doing anything possible to raise money for the RVI teenage Cancer ward where I will spend the next 6-12 weeks or so, their support already even before my treatment has begun has been second to none. Thank you Alex xxx
