I am sure I have told most of you but I am off to Palestine in September for a month, teaching kids to skateboard for a charity called SkatePal.  The charity promotes skateboarding across West Bank, where cultural, educational and sporting opportunities are severely limited. 

As you are most probably also aware that I feel very passionately about skateboarding and the positive, creative impact it can have on young people, I have been teaching on and off for a couple of years now so I feel this is my opportunity to spread the skate love to those who really need it. 

Your generously donated money will go towards building skateparks, providing skateboarding lessons to young people across West Bank, promoting the growing scene in the country and working with local communities to help provide access to skate equipment such as boards, shoes, etc.
