On Saturday May 18th, Paul Brown, Julian King, Davyd Nash and myself are cycling 145 miles from Brighton to Badwell Ash in Suffolk. We are hoping to complete the ride in around 12 hours, last year it took us 14 hours to complete 135 miles so we're looking for a marked improvement!!

The money raised is for the Emma Holloway Foundation - Emma was 19 when she was tragically killed in a car crash and as my daughter i miss her greatly. Emma was a mad keen sportswoman and on many occasions helped disabled children take part in sport. The money raised so far has paid for professional coaches to help these youngsters enjoy sport. There are also many events happening such as festivals in conjunction with the Suffolk FA where many schools join together to give disabled children the joy of competitive sport.
