The idea is that every year from now on a group of runners will set off on a journey of physical endurance and mental determination, by running a non stop around the clock relay around the perimeter of Wales, starting and finishing at Cardiff Bay.

The event will always take place on the Easter Bank Holiday Weekend & for five days they will take it in turn to run approximately 750miles .. this means each person must run 93miles over the 5days roughly clocking up 18-20miles a day depending on pace.
