<p> <p style="margin-top: .1pt; margin-right: 0cm; margin-bottom: .1pt; margin-left: 0cm;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: Arial;">We are fundraising for Nalango Secondary School in Uganda in memory of our son Rob Gauntlett who tragically died in a climbing accident in the French Alps in January 2009 aged 21.</span></p> <p style="margin-top: .1pt; margin-right: 0cm; margin-bottom: .1pt; margin-left: 0cm;"><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; mso-bidi-font-size: 10.5pt; font-family: Arial; color: #222222;"><br> </span><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: Arial;">Rob became the youngest Briton to climb Mount Everest in 2006 and went on to become National Geographic&rsquo;s Adventurer of the Year 2008 after completing a trip never done before, from the magnetic North Pole to the magnetic South Pole using only human and natural power. Which meant he skied and dog sled across Greenland, sailed to America and then cycled across North America and South America before again sailing across the Southern Ocean to arrive in Sydney Australia one year, one month and one day later.</span><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: Arial;"></span></p> </p> <p>&nbsp;</p>

About the charity

Founded in 2008, we aim to lift 30,000 Ugandan children annually out of poverty through education, by investing in buildings and providing hygienic and educational resources. The charity, whose Patrons are the Duke of Cambridge and Prince Harry, has spent £1.7m and completed 1100 building projects.
