In memory of David White

Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page, which I have set up in memory of my partner Dave White who died on 12 June 2012.

It seems fitting that we should remember Dave by supporting an organisation associated with the Lake District and mountaineering.  Dave loved the outdoors, he was a successful rock climber, mountaineer, alpinist, kayaker and cross country skiier, both in the UK and New Zealand. In his University days he'd been a diver, caver and fell runner too.

Even with his love of adventure Dave was safe and careful in his outdoor pursuits. He knew the importance of organisations such as LDSAMRA, so it feels right that we remember him by supporting them.
