Jake and I are taking part in the Tough Mudder London South. Whilst this will be a particular challenge for us both it is nothing compared to what cancer patients have to go through. Our lovely mum, Helen, was diagnosed with leukaemia for the second time in 2009. Through intense chemotherapy and radiotherapy mum fought as hard as she could before the disease took over and she died on 3rd February 2013.

Our chosen charity is the Guernsey Society of Cancer Relief. They were a huge support to us during that difficult time, assisting with our visits to mum in Southampton hospital. 

We will be taking part in mum's memory and any donations would be greatly received.
