DMSG is a Welsh based Digital Solutions provider, committed to supporting the local community. For this event we have chosen Rookwood Spur which is a facility that aims to provide a range of facilities and opportunities for in-patients to promote and improve the quality of life and opportunities for patients of the Spinal Injuries unit, at Rookwood Hospital, Llandaff, Cardiff.
This includes funding specialised equipment for both the wards and therapy departments at the Welsh Spinal Unit .

Stephanie Jones will be running for Rookwood Spur on behalf of DMSG. Stephanie has been running for a couple of years and has two half marathons under her belt. 

In preparation for this Stephanie is following a training plan provided by a mobile app and is also enjoying her regular kickboxing and gym sessions. This will be her first marathon and therefore she is looking to set her personal best.
