Story

Emily, Larry, Nicola, Stephen, Ryan, Lisa, Amy, Karen, Mark, Andrea, Paul, Jason, Paul, Norman, Michael, Claire, Jackie, Jayne, Gemma and Stuart are all running the Chester Half Marathon in memory of Joe O'Toole.

Practically the entire family are taking part in this event. There are so many of us! We are doing this in special memory of our Uncle Joe. We also have other close friends whose families received amazing care from the East Lancashire Hospice. It is such a deserving charity and we want to raise as much as we can for this amazing cause. Any money raised on this page goes straight to the Hospice.

About the charity

East Lancashire Hospice provides specialist, supportive and end of life care for patients and their families from Blackburn, Darwen, Hyndburn and Ribble Valley who are coping with a life-limiting illness. To enable us to continue this work, we need to raise £3.5 million every year.
