Story

Hi everyone. As you all probably know by now, in just 4 days myself and a few others (Including my Boss) will be travelling out to Eldoret, Kenya to visit the work of The Solomon Project.

The Solomon Project, supported by The Grand is a fantastic charity that aims to break the cycle of poverty in Eldoret, by feeding children in school, making them less likely to beg on the streets, and build a future for themselves through education.

Personally, this is a huge challenge for me. To see such deprivation and hardship, and such hope and personal sacrifice of the people who struggle daily to change the lives of Children will not only be heart breaking but eye opening too. Not to mention an 11 hour flight and mosquitos (**Insert girly scream**)

It would be amazing to know, that whilst I am out there my friends, family and colleagues are donating to help change children's lives and give them hope and encouragement. As well as a thank-you to the people who have made this trip of a lifetime possible for me.

About the charity
