Hello all. In 2016 I am raising money for K9focus, for those who are not aware it is a charity that helps and rehomes dogs from various back grounds. I am good friends with some of the volunteers and the work they do it fantastic, with out them many dogs would be put to sleep through no fault of their own. They work very hard and they all give their time for free, the charity relies on donations and with out them many dogs might suffer needlessly. I am wanting to raise over £500 in the year, to raise the money I will be doing 4 races. The 1st is the Bideford half marathon on the 6th march, then the Exeter rock solid race on the 19th march, then tough mudder on the 20th aug and finally the survival of the fittest on the 5th November. In total it is 66km for the year, of which 45km is obstacle courses including electric shocks and gas chambers!! I will be paying for all the tickets and travel etc so all the donations will go to K9. Please donate via the link, big or small it all adds up.
