We help disaster survivors to rebuild their lives

Story

Any money now raised on this page will still go directly to IDV and be spent on projects in the Philippines that they feel are a priority whether they be disaster response projects or disaster prevention projects either way its still an amazing cause the people of the Philippines still need all the help they can to build themselves a better safer future...

My beautiful, caring wife Helen set up this page hoping to raise £200 for the International Disaster Volunteers. Since then she has suddenly and tragically passed away. In her memory and due to her incredibly inspirational personality, she has raised over 50 times more than her target so far.

Helen's original message:

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

It breaks my heart to see those suffering from the affects of the devastation from Typhoon Haiyan in the Philippines. The IDV are an incredible organisation doing incredible things to help the survivors and I think we should all do what we can to support them.

If you can help, even just a little bit. It will make a huge difference to the people who need it, and it'll make you feel really good too! I promise!!
Thank you SO much! x x x x x
