In 2010 I met a group of girls who inspired me to want to do more to help girls develop into women who could be proud of who they are and where they have come from.

In 2012 I turned 40! (ouch) and a charity challenge trip to Nepal was announced by Girlguiding.  Just the opportunity I was looking for.

I began training and fundraising.
