If you are reading this, you have clearly been kind enough to offer to sponsor me.  Having pressured people into parting with money for my two previous marathons, I have decided that I will take a more relaxed approach this time round.  However, for those people who proactively make an offer of sponsorship, I have created this page.  This may seem like a tax on generous people, but there you go.

I will be raising money for Home-Start (Guildford).  Home-Start is a charity that provides support for families with young children who are facing a variety of challenges. You can read more about their work at http://www.home-start.org.uk/.

I have a personal interest in this charity as Liz (my wife) is currently training to become a Home-Start volunteer.
