As some of you may know my sisters charity The Girls' Network encourages, inspires and empowers girls from all walks of life. In 2014 it was found that only 33% of teenage girls feel positive about themselves - this could be your sister, your niece, a friend a family member. This is where The Girls' Network comes in, providing girls with professional mentors to help them realise their worth and show them that anything is possible.

For those of you who know me, you will know that exercise has never been my strong point, let alone running. But now, myself and my boyfriend Lloyd will be running the Great South Run for the first time!
