A year ago (and probably after a few beers) we all agreed to take on probably one of the biggest cycling challenges that we will ever do- John o'Groats to Lands End.

This is now a reality and we are all lycra'd up and ready to head off on Saturday 2nd July 2016.

Now, here is where you come in. A few years ago a dear friend of ours was diagnosed with leukaemia and underwent months of treatment at Royal Devon and Exeter hospital. ELF offered the invaluable support to her and her family during, what was, the most challenging months of their lives. 

Please give anything you can to sponsor us, no amount is too small. The money raised will go to help support others during this difficult time.
