Richard Barlas, who I had known for many years, passed away suddenly a year ago leaving behind his wife and four children. A group of us are making a trip in his memory, retracing a 1600km route that he took in 2008 from Edinburgh, crossing the Swiss Alps and down to Monaco. All the costs are being met by the participants - Every penny donated goes straight to Richmond's Hope.

Richmond's Hope provides invaluable support to bereaved families through desperately difficult times. I hope that having visited this page you will be able to donate something to them to help them in their extremely worthwhile work.
