Story

Winter Appeal

Could you fit your whole life into one rucksack? Yes, your whole life …

All your clothes, all your bedding, your cash/documents/mobile phone/ toiletries, maybe some food, and all those funny little things that make you you and remind you of family and friends ….

That’s exactly what many of our guests have to do

Can you help us LIGHTEN the BURDEN of our SK guests and LIFT their spirits?

Guests who come to the SK regularly do not need to carry as much food, as much clothing or as many toiletries, because they can rely on a regular supply from us.

At the SK they also have company, encouragement and advice.

You can contribute to the cost of all this and of the staff who make it possible:

£30 helps the SK to lighten our guests’ burden for half an hour

£60 covers 1 hour of SK support for our guests

£300 covers all the SK’s running costs for 1 day (food, clothing, plates/cutlery, equipment, pest control, insurance, office supplies, staffing, etc.)

£6,000 enables us to provide this lifeline for our guests for 1 month

Appeal target: £18,000 – that is 3 months’ running costs

THANK YOU!
