Story
Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.
On Saturday 9th August, I will be taking part in a sponsored zip wire over a disused quarry at Bethesda in Snowdonia. The zip line is a mile long and 500ft above the quarry and speeds of up to 100 mph can be achieved. Details of the activity can be found on Zipworld website http://www.zipworld.co.uk/
This is my annual fundraising event to raise money for the Wolverhampton branch of The Retired Greyhound Trust. The money raised goes towards vets bills, food and providing care for the hounds, whilst awaiting rehoming. For further information on the work the trust does, please take a look at their website http://www.rgtwolverhampton.co.uk.
Any donations are gratefully received by the trust, and the hounds!
I will not be using any of the money raised to pay for the event, this will be funded wholly by myself
Following my abseil last year this is another step towards conquering my fear of heights, (and no doubt it will be a cure for constipation).
