Thanks for visiting my page. I have decided to put myself in the uncomfortable position of completing my first ultra marathon in aid of the mountain rescue teams in the Lake District and the valuable work they do. Over this last year, more people than ever have needed rescuing in the Lakes and it's nice to know that we can all enjoy our fells with the safety net they provide. 

I will run just over 31 miles of trails around the remote Ennerdale valley and the foothills of Great Gable, Haystacks and Pillar. It will be the longest trail run I've attempted to date so please give anything you can and I will give it my all!
