Story

Over the next few months I will be taking part in a variety of physical challenges. The reason I have chosen to do this apart from being slightly loopy is to raise money to support young people who have had a difficult start to life in gaining the opportunity to succeed. The Motivation and Learner Trust supports young people in a variety of ways including supporting with clothes for interviews, accommodation supporting learners who want to attend Colleges, and many other ways. I am specifically taking part in this event to support learners in visiting The War Graves in France and I am hoping to raise £1000 which will support a large amount of learners who have very little financial support in being able to visit and show there respect to our fallen.

I have 9 Challenges I will be taking part in.

1. The Liverpool Tunnel Run on the 19th of June.

2. Complete the BMC Charity Bike Ride in Brecon. A 45 mile route climbing over 4000ft across the ride.

3. MPCT Triathlon 8 Mile Run, 1500metre Swim and 2000 Repetition Circuit on the 08/07/16

4. 500 Pull Ups (Heaves) in under 2 Hours on the 16/07/16

5. Delamere Commando Trail Obstacle 10k Race on the 17/07/16

6. Complete the Murph Challenge 20 times over the month of October. (1 mile run, 100 Heaves, 200 Press Ups, 300 Squats, 1 Mile run). 4 of these are to be completed with a 20kg weighted vest.

7. Run 200 Miles over the month of November

8. Complete 1000 Full Sit Ups in under 2 Hours on the 8th of October

9. Complete the Survival of the Fittest Obstacle Race in Manchester.

Please support me in raising money for this worthy cause.
