Dear Family, Friends and Humanity.

The time has come. I’m finally doing it.

Sometimes we forget how grateful we are in life. Istraighten, dye and style my hair on a regular basis and I forget that thereare children out there who do not have this luxury. I pray that giving childrensome kind of hair back can improve their self-confidence so that they can liveas normal a life as possible.

On Sunday 28th February 2016, I will be shavingmy hair to support this amazing charity. I value the work of The LittlePrincess Trust and I do this in memory of our beloved masi (aunty), DiptiRaichura, who unfortunately lost her battle to cancer. I know she would wantour future young ladies to enjoy their childhood as much as they possibly can. 

My hair will be going straight to Little Princess Trust sothat a wig can be made to help one young princess out there and the money willalso be going to make more wigs for other princesses who need it.  Iwas saddened to hear how many children lose their hair for various reasons and thefact that they cannot get real hair wigs free on the NHS.  Each wig costs threehundred and fifty pounds each and only last 4-6 months.  This charitypromises a FREE real hair wig to children that are suffering hair loss fromCancer treatments, alopecia and other illnesses. They aim to battle the visual effectsof cancer and they help give children back that confidence to battle anotherday.

My thoughts and my prayers go out to those people whodeserve the utmost respect – cancer patients.

I urge you to donate as much or as little as you possiblycan.
