I am hoping to raise awareness as well as funds for Success After Stroke (SAS) who provide essential support, rehabilitation and interaction with stoke victims.

I will be going toe-to-toe with my opponent on 23rd May in three ferocious rounds inside the ropes and under the glare of the spotlights and over 500 spectators. This will be the culmination of several months intense training and preparation.

Stokes can be extremely debilitating, leaving the sufferer isolated and often incapacitated. It is wonderful that SAS exists to provide relief from the stresses caused by strokes as well as rebuilding their motor skills, speech and confidence.

This is a cause that I believe offers great comfort and hope to those unfortunate enough to have suffered a stroke as well those they are so heavily dependent upon.

Keep up to speed with my progress with my updates on this page and with your help we can raise a significant sum which will go straight to those that depend upon the good work of those that dedicate so much time and effort to stoke victims. SAS is a small and local charity so funds will not be wasted on fruitless marketing campaigns but will immediately improve the lives of stroke sufferers.
