The charity 100 Black Men has inspired many children and young people across London. 

It has been a supportive mentoring platform for my cousin Cameron over the years, and my family have been proud of the positive contribution the charity has played in promoting his self-image and instilling a belief that he can achieve his dreams. 

I aim to run 10km on the 17th July in the Great Newham Run and swim 1 mile the following week.
