Story

As many of you know, we lost our dear friend Ella in May. She was an absolute inspiration and gave us a lot to think about while we go about our daily lives...

I decided to run the marathon here in Ghana where I live because I love a good challenge but also because it is a great reason to raise money for a charity that provided so much support to Ella's family.

Paul's Cancer Support Centre is quite a small charity based in South London who are always looking for funding to expand the services they provide. Please donate whatever you can to this amazing charity.

As for the marathon....it's on 29th September here in Accra and just at the start of the hot dry season so it's going to be tough but my training is well under way. Luckily or unluckily we set off at 5.30am when it won't be so hot. I am aiming to do it in around 4.30-5 hours but it's difficult to set an accurate goal as it depends on the weather on the day. Either way, I'll be giving it my all...for Ella.

Thanks a lot for your support. xxxx
