Hello,

THANK YOU to anybody who has landed on this page, from the bottom of my heart. I find it difficult asking for sponsorship however felt very compelled to help the Act4Africa charity. I will be running in the memory of a dear friend Kathy Smedley. Kathy was one of the founders of Act4Africa and she did such amazing work for the charity.

Kathy went to heaven in August this year, she was a true inspiration to me. This box is not big enough to write all the reasons why i want to run this race for her but for anyone that didn't have the pleasure of meeting Kathy she was such a Warm hearted, lovely, caring, kind-mum, wife and friend. She was one of the bravest people i have ever met and on Sunday if i can run with a snippet of the spirit and passion she had i will be very proud of myself.
